“Bad Adventures?”

Yes, Bad Adventures!!

Our name is always a topic of conversation! It’s tongue-in-cheek, impossible to forget, and causes people to do dramatic double-takes.

To be 100% clear: our trips aren’t bad. In fact, we work hard to make them quite good! Check out our reviews. Or, better yet, join an adventure and see for yourself!

Curated Destinations. Adventures of a Lifetime.

We're based in beautiful Colorado, USA and lead adventures in Colorado, Utah, Texas, Florida, and Pennsylvania. We kayak, backpack, and hike in locations that combine incredible views with unique, off-the-beaten-path adventures.

Learn Skills to Explore Your World

Love the idea of a kayak expedition or backpacking trip, but don't know where to start? Many of our adventures are beginner-friendly. You bring a base level of fitness and we'll bring the specialized skills instruction. Our guides love teaching.

We're Small & Personal

Prefer to travel with an international mega-corp? Better look elsewhere. We're proud to be a small operator. We get to know everyone who travels with us and we wouldn't have it any other way.

We're Experienced Outdoor Pros

Don't let the ironic name fool you. Operating fun adventures is serious business. Our guides have extensive training and years of experience. We carry proper safety gear, medical kits, and satellite phones in the backcountry.

Join a Group You'll Love

Our adventures attract the most amazing people. Whether you're traveling solo (all our trips are solo-friendly), with a partner, or with friends - it's likely you'll enjoy your fellow travelers.

Don't just sit there!

Life's too short to miss out on adventures. You'll look back and only regret the trips you didn't take. Go bad!
